The Long Covid service accepts referrals from GPs for patients who present with symptoms of Long Covid. The service comprises of a GP, community matron, and an occupational therapist.
Symptoms are reviewed and assessed by the team for further interventions such as physiotherapy for dysfunctional breathing and occupational therapy for cognitive and fatigue management associated with having Long Covid.
The Long Covid service aims to enable patients to manage their condition with the support of the GP and community matron and occupational therapist.
