Professional background

I read Medical Science at Cambridge University, completing clinical training at Guy's, Kings and St Thomas. I trained in London and East Sussex, before completing my PhD in Surgery and Cancer from Imperial College London. I undertook further clinical training in South West London, followed by entry into the Specialist Register.
I was appointed as a locum Consultant Surgeon at St Marks Hospital, London North West NHS Trust, where I learnt and worked beside leaders in the field of colorectal surgery.

I am a substantive consultant General Surgeon, employed at Frimley Health NHS Trust since 2023.
